Xena – Warrior Princess

Sinopse: A personagem é uma guerreira arrependida que tenta redimir-se de seu passado sangrento ajudando a todas as pessoas. Xena (Lucy Lawless) é acompanhada em suas viagens por Gabrielle (Renee O’Connor), sua alma gêmea. Xena executou muitos feitos considerados fora da escala humana normal e limitados ao poder de semideuses. A guerreira deveria ter sido mesmo puramente mortal, a mais poderosa da história (entanto, havia sugestões ocasionais de que seu pai verdadeiro era Ares. Esta linha foi deixada cair geralmente por causa de sua conexão romântica com Ares, que então seria incesto). Embora Xena não possuisse a força bruta de seu amigo e aliado Hércules, tinha uma agilidade fora do comum combinada a um dom quase sobre humano de acrobacias e manejo do chakram. Força e resistência bem acima da média de guerreiros mortais, também. Teve a habilidade de absorver muita dor, como quando as flechas foram removidas de seu corpo em “Amiga em Perigo (Friend In Need)”. Ignorou a agonia de um ombro deslocado lembrado por Ephiny (Daniele Cormack), que o reparou colidindo com uma parede no episódio “Mal necessário (A necessary Evil)”. Xena moldou seu corpo para o ápice a condição humana. Combinado com sua vontade de ferro, transformou-se na única guerreira a sobreviver ao desafio de caminhar sendo espancada por duas linhas de guerreiros que eram do seu exército, no episódio “O Desafio (The Gaunlet) – Hercules: Legendary Journeys”. No episodio final da série, Xena foi pega por uma saraivada de flechas em partes diferentes de seu corpo e continuado ainda a lutar bravamente contra um exército de 20.000 samurais, do qual abateu grande número. Quanto às técnicas, Xena não possuiu poder divino, teve uma habilidade pular demonstrada por poucos guerreiros de um nível de habilidade elevada, notàvelmente M’Lila, Callisto e Draco. Xena executou pulos que desafiam a gravidade geralmente em um estilo acrobatico de até 30 pés. O lept de Xena em linha reta acima da água do fosso ao alto de uma parede elevada do castelo e somersaulted de sua posição na terra ao alto de uma árvore alta onde um arqueiro usava seu grupo com setas. Xena geralmente funcionou acima do torso de um ruffian, executou um vôo para trás, e retrocedeu-o ainda no ar. Em ocasiões raras funcionou realmente nas caras de um squad circunvizinho dos soldados. Velocidade e reflexos inacreditáveis possuídos por Xena. Podia travar facas e setas em explosões da energia do meio-vôo e do rodeio. Podia lançar rotineiramente seu chakram, uma habilidade que somente Callisto (Hudson Leick), Eve (Adriene Wilkinson) e Gabrielle (treinada para o fim da série) podia duplicar. Xena podia converter virtualmente todo o objeto em uma arma, das espadas, aos chobos, aos scarfs, às bandejas, e aos peixes. Nos termos do seriado Xena carrega geralmente sua espada, chakram, uma adaga de peito, e um chicote. Xena era uma mestra de artes marciais. Observar seu estilo de combate Xena foi mostrado para usar os estilos diferentes que variam de Tae Kwon Do, aikido e jiu-jitsu, judô, kung-fu, boxe e estilos espada de combate múltiplos em um estilo de combate virtualmente inimitável e insuperável. O potencial de combate incrivel de Xena fêz-lhe um alvo para os que eram de outra maneira superiores a ela, tal como deuses, semideuses, arcanjos, e demônios. Lutou com Ares, Atena e desafiou Mefistófeles, Lúcifer,Baco, Morfeu, Hera, Zeus, Velasca, Dahak, Poseidon, Ártemis e Dáscórdia.
